All resources are available to all automotive repair professionals. Some types of information are free, while others require a subscription purchase. Access to Vehicle Security Information (key codes, immobilizer reset procedures, etc.) is not available from Mercedes-Benz in Canada. To purchase parts under the Mercedes-Benz TRP (Theft Relevant Parts) program in Canada, you must be listed on the "Find a VSP" page on the Vehicle Security Professional website. Service and repair data is available for all Mercedes-Benz vehicles sold in Canada, including Smart and Sprinter.

How to set up accounts with Mercedes-Benz : You must download, print and manually complete the registration form here, and fax it to M-B Canada at the number shown on the form. Allow 1-2 business days (Mon.-Fri.) for your subscription application to be processed. Once your subscription application has been approved M-B Canada will e-mail your access information to you, as well as other important information.

Workshop Information System (WIS) contains repair instructions, safety information, troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, tool information and more for the Mercedes-Benz (passenger cars, light truck, vans) and smart product ranges in the Canadian market, dating back to 1994. Xentry TIPS is a web-based data processing system for technical information and solutions over all service levels.
